Need to Return an Item?

 

 

No problem! To get started, all you need is your order number and the email address associated with your account.

 

Right of Withdrawal

 

The customer has the right to exercise their right of withdrawal from the purchase, allowing them to return the product. The following conditions must be observed:

 

  • The deadline to withdraw from the purchase is within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of receipt.
  • In the case of a return, the product must be sent back to Icon Supply in its original packaging, along with the DANFE (Electronic Invoice Document), the manual, and all its accessories.

 

The customer must request the return through Customer Service (SAC) or directly via the Control Panel under the topic "Cancel Order."

 

Icon Supply will NOT cover the costs of collection or shipping for returning the product.

 

After the product arrives at the distribution center, Icon Supply will verify that the conditions mentioned above have been met.

 

If everything is in order, a refund for the full purchase amount will be issued.

 

 

Refund Process

 

 

For purchases made with a credit card, the card issuer will be notified, and the refund will appear on the next billing statement, regardless of the number of installments used for the purchase.

 

The timeline for the refund and any remaining installment charges after the refund of the total amount of the product by Icon Supply is the responsibility of the card issuer.

 

If the card issuer charges future installments, the customer will not incur additional costs, as Icon Supply will refund the total product amount in a single payment. The issuer will then credit the full reversal amount on the subsequent billing statement following the month of cancellation.

 

For purchases paid via bank transfer or direct debit, the refund will be made via bank deposit within 10 (ten) business days, only to the buyer's checking account, which must be in their name and be an individual account.

 

The customer's ID or passport number will be required to process the refund.
