We have a preparation time of 3 to 5 business days before our products are shipped. Our team does its best to ship your purchases within 24 hours or the next day. If the purchase is made on a Saturday after 11 am, it is likely that we will ship the product on Monday.

Our products are usually shipped within 24 to 48 hours, and delivery typically takes 10 to 20 business days.

Our Return Policy

If you still need to return a product, we understand. Here are the details:

• You can return the product within 7 days from the date of purchase.
• You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
• A €3 processing fee will be deducted from the order.

Please complete the return form below for a guaranteed return. We require the tracking number to process the return.

• Products must be in new and unused condition.
• Products with a custom logo are non-returnable.

You will receive a full refund for the product, excluding shipping costs. Refunds will be applied to the credit card or PayPal account used for the original purchase. Refunds will be issued within 10 business days after receiving the product.
